LIGHT AND ENERGY FOR THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

From 26 to 30 May 2009, in the fieramilano district - Rho, took place the editions of LivinLuce and EnerMotive. In the heart of the exhibition LivinLuce but ideally synergistic two fairs, the project URBAN SOLUTIONS is a great laboratory for urban regeneration, focusing on the specific needs of Public Administration in lighting and energy.
Mauricio Cardenas showed two lighting projects:
- The Italian pavilion for Expo 2010 in Shanghai, a project for a competition, experimenting on sustainability and on the use of innovative materials and technologies for energy saving and for new languages of Architecture.
- Un segno luminoso - Coperture degli Accessi della Metropolitana di Torino, a proposal for a project that can be centered on the use of the LED lighting and polypropylene which create a vigorous approach to low environmental impact and energy saving
