L’edificio residenziale in via Dehon si inserisce all’interno di un lotto caratterizzato da un verde esuberante, verso il quale si affacciano gli alloggi.

SKIN DESIGN

L’idea alla base del nuovo skin design riguarda la riqualificazione estetica ed energetica dell’edificio. La strategia adottata è stata quella di dotare le facciate opache di un cappotto termico di colore bianco ghiaccio e le logge di un rivestimento ceramico colorato. I colori sono stati studiati sulla base dell’esposizione di queste e sulla quantità e qualità di luce diretta ricevuta: le logge a nord sono composte da colori caldi, quelle a sud adottano colori freddi.

LANDSCAPE

La progettazione degli spazi esterni sia privati che pubblici deve confrontarsi con la geometria rigida degli edifici e l’esuberante vegetazione mediterranea.

L’edificio è caratterizzato da una forte geometria: i corpi che compongono l’edificio seguono una griglia schematica e pulita. Al contrario lo spazio verde che attualmente circonda l’edificio e gli spazi comuni esterni risulta non avere un preciso filo conduttore. L’obiettivo è quello di dare identità architettonica e carattere agli spazi esterni comuni ed al verde del complesso, nel rispetto delle piante esistenti e vincolate. Il progetto prevede l'estensione delle forti linee geometriche dell'edificio verso l’esterno, la creazione e il prolungamento di assi prospettici che danno vitalità e carattere al parco in cui sia gli alberi esistenti che le macchie di colori e profumi aggiunti dialogano in un insieme equilibrato.

INTERNI

L’obiettivo della progettazione è quello di valorizzare gli spazi comuni e distributivi per creare una sintonia con la struttura dell’edificio, con le facciate e con l’elevato livello qualitativo dell’immobile. Gli ingressi si presentano classici, ma grazie alla semplificazione cromatica e geometrica degli spazi, risultano al tempo stesso molto contemporanei. Linee orizzontali nere a parete evidenziano il punto di fuga dello spazio, accentuandone la profondità e minimizzando le irregolarità geometriche degli androni. Negli spazi comuni dei piani superiori, il sistema delle finiture si semplifica, un parapetto leggero nero e un sistema di portali luminosi accompagna l’utente ai vari appartamenti.

La scala circolare diventa un elemento architettonico molto caratterizzante dell’edificio in quanto dialoga, sia internamente che esternamente, con le finiture dei terrazzi in legno, e contemporaneamente mantiene le caratteristiche luminose e cromatiche degli altri ambienti di distribuzione.

SKIN DESIGN

The idea behind the new skin design regards the aesthetic and energetic redevelopment of the building. The strategy adopted was to equip the opaque façades with an ice-white thermal coat, and the loggia with a colored ceramic covering. The colors have been studied based on the exposure and on the quantity and quality of direct light received: the north lodges are composed of warm colors, those to the south adopt cold colors.

LANDSCAPE

The design of both private and public outdoor spaces has to deal with the rigid geometry of the buildings and the exuberant Mediterranean vegetation.

The building is characterized by a strong geometry: the bodies that compose the building follow a schematic and clean grid. On the contrary, the green space that currently surrounds the building and the external common areas do not have a precise common thread. The goal is to give architectural identity and character to the common outdoor spaces and to the green of the complex, respecting existing and bounded plants. The project includes the extension of the strong geometric lines of the building to the outside, the creation and extension of perspective axes that give vitality and character to the park in which both the existing trees and the spots of colors and fragrances dialogue.

INTERNAL

The goal of the design is to enhance the common and distributive spaces to create a harmony with the structure of the building, with the facades and with the high quality of the building. The entrances are classic, but thanks to the chromatic and geometric simplification of the spaces, they are at the same time very contemporary. Black horizontal lines on the wall highlight the vanishing point of the space, accentuating its depth and minimizing the geometric irregularities of the hallways. In the common areas of the upper floors, the finishing system is simplified, a light black parapet and a system of luminous portals accompany the user to the various apartments.

The circular staircase becomes a very characteristic architectural element of the building because it dialogs, both internally and externally, with the finishes of the wooden terraces, and at the same time maintains the luminous and chromatic characteristics of the other distribution areas.
