A GROWING COMMUNITY
The project area looks out towards an agricultural land, which strongly characterizes the project. A reference grid for a module repeated throughout the project area, is subsequently fragmented both in plan and in height. Thanks to this decomposition will create many points of aggregation and sociality, supported by attractor elements, such as services, shops and green areas. The project has an high level of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, thanks to the use of natural light, and sustainable materials and technologies, as well as to rationalize the water use.
