A PRE-MANUFACTURED KIT
The basic project idea consists in the will to design a pre-manufactured “kit” useful to build a residential houses prefab system characterized by façade particularly elevated thermal insulated elements (buildings so onstructed result in non provided with thermal bridges, thanks also to the use of ventilated walls and roof). Recurrent elements allow to build uni-familiar apartments/residences, sets of houses terraced houses and multi-floor buildings, but also different typologies from the residential one, whilst different finishing already manufactured for application on pre-manufactured frames, for enhancing aesthetic quality and adapting residences to the urban and geographic contexts where they are located. Important to note high sismic and fire resistance, among a reduced structural weight.
