NEW EXHIBITION SPACE
The project, in collaboration with Integral Studio Vinaccia who designed the exhibition, regards the refurbishment and extension of the existing structures transforming it into exhibition spaces. A roof in wood and glass which integrates both with the existing buildings and with the garden holds beneath supporting functions to the museum such as services, caffé and museum shop. The roof offers a protected microclimate without loosing the feeling of being in an open air space, protecting from rain and direct sun rays but letting the tropical breeze circulate freely.
